Rate your organisation against the UKCSI
We can survey your customers and rate the service you offer against the organisations listed in the UKCSI. This will help you answer these questions:
- How satisfied are your customers?
- Do you know where you need to improve?
- Are you better than your competitors?
- How big is the gap between you and the best?
What we do
- survey your customers, using the same questions as the UKCSI
- chart the results, based on responses of 100 or more of your customers
- compare the results with the latest UKCSI results
- license you to download all the data on your organisation
- license you to download all data from one sector (subject to restrictions on use)
The cost is £2,500 plus VAT for each survey. (ICS members are entitled to a minimum of 50% discount.)
