The UKCSI is based on 26,000 responses from members of the British public so you can tell who's offering the best service, whether service levels are improving and what the public values in service.

What is the UKCSI?

Every six months The Institute of Customer Service asks 26,000 people what they think about the service they've received from the UK's major organisations. We then collate the information and publish the results as the UK Customer Satisfaction Index.

Make your voice heard
