Every six months The Institute of Customer Service asks 26,000 people what they think about the service they've received from the UK's major organisations. We then collate the information and publish the results as the UK Customer Satisfaction Index.
Rate your organisation's performance against the most reliable standard by having us survey your customers. We'll also write you a report based on the findings.
We're looking for as many people as possible to add their customer service experiences to the survey. It's anonymous, carried out online and won't take more than 30 minutes of your time.
